We are excited to have you join us at the Early Childhood Forum. Please fill out the form below to register. You can register multiple attendees by clicking the   button. Each registered attendee will receive a confirmation email and additional information will be emailed closer to the event.

Registration will close at 9:00 a.m. PDT on Monday, September 21, 2020.

Preferred payment is via credit card. If paying via PO, it must be received by September 21, 2020 to secure your spot.

Please note: Each participant will be mailed a Forum toolkit full of resources and supplies to support learning during the event. When registering, please provide the mailing address where you would like the forum toolkit sent. We will try our best but cannot guarantee toolkit delivery on time for registrations received after September 11.

Virtual Forums Cancellation, Substitutions & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required in full prior to the start of the Virtual Forum.
  • Full refund will be given if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the start of the Virtual Forum.
  • No refund given if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the Virtual Forum, but you will receive a credit toward a future Virtual Forum or you may send a substitute in your place in lieu of a credit.
